As Program & Event Manager, Carole Ravago organizes and coordinates LEAD San Diego's annual awards gala, the Visionary Awards, set for May 24, as well as manages LEAD's programs, forums and events. She joined LEAD on February 1, 2012.

Prior to joining LEAD, Ravago was Director of Development for Pro Kids, The First Tee of San Diego, which challenges underserved youth to excel in life through education and the game of golf. She also served in management roles with the San Diego Business Journal, Mingei International Museum and The San Diego Union-Tribune.

A long-time resident of San Diego, Ravago is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish.
