Mr. Hedley is the president of Galaxie Defense Marketing Services. He retired as a Captain, U.S. Navy having responsibility for five commands; including the Pacific Fleets Amphibious Aviation Readiness Squadron of 12 ships and 6500 personnel.

Hedley is a former chairman of Fleet Week San Diego and a member of the Fleet Week Hall of Fame. He served or serves on the Boards of the Armed Forces YMCA, the National Defense Industrial Association, Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association, and the Navy League.

Mr. Hedley is a recipient of the US Merchant Marine Academy’s Award for Outstanding Professional Achievement and Silver Mariner Award.
