EMBARK San Diego is LEAD San Diego's introspective leadership program specifically designed for seasoned and developing professionals who are interested in understanding their strengths and areas of improvement as a leader.

EMBARK helps participants grow personally and professionally through dynamic team-building experiences and an intense personal leadership diagnostic. They also learn from fellow colleagues and discover the value of enhancing their professional network through small group breakout sessions and interactive exercises. These sessions help class members develop a strategic direction for the future in a changing environment.

Upon completion on the EMBARK program, participants are awarded a certificate in recognition of their professional leadership accomplishments. EMBARK is not a prerequisite for IMPACT San Diego, lEAD's 10-month regionally focused signature program, but rather serves as a complementary program for a comprehensive leadership experience.
