IMPACT SAN DIEGO is designed for civic- and community-minded individuals who want to strengthen their leadership skills and make a positive mark on their community. They are welcomed by a network of nearly 2,000 graduate who are actively serving our region. Through IMPACT, LEAD San Diego challenges, engages and transforms future leaders so that they better understand and are able to serve hundreds of businesses and organizations throughout San Diego.
