IMPACT San Diego, LEAD’s signature 10-month program, consists of a series of issues-oriented seminars. These seminars provide focus on critical topics including the regional economy, K-12 education, arts & culture, health & human services, the military, law & society and much more.

Additional optional seminars are included to further bolster a robust regional education. Seminar days are designed to educate, inspire and motivate class members to dig deeper and understand the unique interconnectedness of our region.

Class members also participate in our Leadership Action Team Initiative, the service learning component of the IMPACT program.
