INFLUENCE San Diego is a peer-to-peer accelerated issues-education program which helps C-level and senior executives better understand the issues affecting the San Diego region while building their circles of influence. The program is designed for senior executives who are either new to the region or new to their leadership position.

 

After completion, INFLUENCE graduates are invited to join the Leadership TRUST, a group of influential and motivated community leaders who are engaged in learning, examining and discussing issues with other regional leaders, while supporting LEAD San Diego's vision of creating a network of capable and engaged civic leaders.
