INFLUENCE San Diego is specifically designed for C-level and senior executives who are new to the region or to their position.
This accelerated program provides a unique regional education on critical issues affecting San Diego. It also allows participants to engage with key leaders across multiple sectors while developing their own network and circles of influence.
Graduates of the INFLUENCE program gain a comprehensive understanding of the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the San Diego region that they can immediately draw upon as they lead their respective organizations.
Upon completing the INFLUENCE program, graduates are invited to join the San Diego LEADERSHIP TRUST, the highest level of membership with LEAD San Diego. The TRUST provides a unique opportunity to further one’s personal development and education on the San Diego region among a cadre of like-minded, senior/C-level business, civic and community leaders.
