LEAD graduates are encouraged to continue the promise of LEAD by investing in themselves and their community by joining the Alumni Association. The Alumni Association is the ideal way to stay connected to our community and fellow LEADers.
Membership support helps LEAD achieve its goal to strengthen our region’s leaders. It helps to sustain our curricula, as well as operations. This support enables LEAD to develop leaders while providing critical support to area non-profits needing assistance. Our members are able to leverage their networks, organizations, and personal time in their contribution to a more positive future for our region.
LEAD's highest level of membership is the LEADERSHIP TRUST. The Trust is available by invitation only and is comprised of regional leaders who are interested in continuous learning through participation in thought-provoking leadership-oriented conversations and exceptional programming opportunities.
LEAD also offers non-graduates a way to support our work through our COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP program. These individuals are dedicated – as we are – to identifying and developing an emergent set of leaders who can step forward and respond to the quality of life challenges that we face.
